Retrain Your Brain to Resolve Sensitivities

When DNRS is not enough, try a new advanced method.

Your tolerance for foods, chemicals, and environmental irritants can be reset by retraining your brain. • - Leslie

"I just wanted to say: Thank you so much for these videos and for creating this program! I am doing so good with introducing new foods. I have added about 4-5 new foods recently and I am doing so well."

  • - Frances

“I’ve been using the MAP for Sensitivities program and it has helped my food sensitivities a lot. I've been able to reintroduce 70% of the foods I’d previously avoided. I like that I can use the program repeatedly for different things--now I want to use it for noise sensitivity and hay fever.”

  • - Lisa

"So far I have been able to include eggs, tomatoes, strawberries, potatoes, and rice to my diet without significant problems. I want to continue to add new items consistently. “

  • - Michael

"It’s a very good program. I did DNRS for a very long time and while it helped with chemical smells, it didn’t help with much else. After a month of MAP my tolerance for being in different spaces has improved. I can spend more time in these rooms now and using MAP on the Go afterwards cuts any symptoms to 30 minutes instead of days."

  • - Geri

“The MAP for Sensitivities program is really good. I’m excited by the changes I’ve made. It’s amazing. Usually I can’t breathe if there are animals in the house, but now I’m fine visiting houses with pets. Easter lilies and incense used to bother me, and now I don’t notice them. I’m better food-wise also. The program has helped me to let go of so many habits of thinking.”

  • - Kris

"I tried both DNRS and Gupta for my sensitivities, and saw some improvement, but they moved too slowly and made me do too many weird things...MAP is amazing, I had a serious breakthrough last night. I’m so excited for where this is taking me, and Madeleine, you are such a great channel for it!”

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How does the MAP Method work?

With the MAP Method we can neutralize the painful emotions from past traumas, change limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns, self-defeating traits and behaviors, and more. The cumulative effect of multiple sessions improves mood and outlook first, then behaviors, and finally physiological patterns (i.e., symptoms). For more information, take one of our free courses.

  • How long does it take?

Allow 3 hours per week, if you are doing the program at the recommended pace. One cycle of the program is 4 weeks, and more than one cycle may be needed to achieve your goals.

  • Is the program complete on its own?

This program was designed as a convenient, affordable, on-demand toolkit for those that are self-motivated. However, it cannot entirely replace live one-on-one MAP sessions with a practitioner. A live session once a month, or for each cycle of the program, is recommended. For those with a significant trauma history, more frequent individual sessions may be desired.

  • Who benefits from MAP Method sessions?

Most people are successfully initiated to the MAP Method and experience benefits from sessions. Those who do not may include people on significant doses of benzodiazepine medications, and those who are disconnected from their emotions.
