Listen to Tess's story in episode 73

“The Self Healing program was helpful for my headaches and my trauma thought loops. I'm not having those same thoughts anymore. And I believe that was from the Self Healing and the MAP sessions with you. I mean, there's nothing like the sessions with you, but the [program sessions] really have helped me with those thoughts just running and running and running.” "I just found that program to be extremely helpful. It was the first one I had done without you, and every video just made sense to me." - Tess

  • - Shannon

“I’ve noticed my asthma is better. I haven’t had to use my rescue inhaler, and I only use my steroid inhaler once a day now instead of twice. Also, my sleep is better and my sensitivity to sugar is reduced.”

  • - Dawn

"Since we started working together I feel a greater sense of ease. I recover from emotional issues more easily-- they don’t take over my life the way they used to. Also, my MCAS symptoms are lighter and some seem to have gone into hibernation. My life no longer revolves around managing symptoms."

  • - Julie

" I feel lifted up to another level; I'm spending more time outside, I've weeded and planted my garden, and I'm even watering it. I've never done all 3 things before the end of May. I have a little more mental energy and clarity, and can feel positive emotions a little more."

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How does the MAP Method work?

With the MAP Method we can neutralize the painful emotions from past traumas, change limiting beliefs, negative thought patterns, self-defeating traits and behaviors, and more. The cumulative effect of multiple sessions improves mood and outlook first, then behaviors, and finally physiological patterns (i.e., symptoms). For more information, take our free course.

  • How long does it take?

Allow 3 hours per week, if you are doing the program at the recommended pace. One cycle of the program is 4 weeks, and more than one cycle may be needed to achieve your goals.

  • Is the program complete on its own?

This program was designed as a convenient, affordable, on-demand toolkit for those that are self-motivated. However, it cannot entirely replace live one-on-one MAP sessions with a practitioner. You may find additional live sessions beneficial. For those with a significant trauma history, more individual sessions may be desired.

  • Who benefits from MAP Method sessions?

Most people are successfully initiated to the MAP Method and experience benefits from sessions. Those who do not may include people on significant doses of benzodiazepine medications, and those who are disconnected from their emotions.
